It's from Kikaida, one of my favorite shows from my childhood, it's from an episode (Devilish Woman?? Pink Armadillo) where Dark Destructoid Pink Armadillo is given the job by Professor Gill to lure men using her sexualized human form to become part of a Dark Experiment. On the DVD it says: Pink Armadillo Appears in Episode 24, Characteristics and Weapons: Transforms into a voluptuous(sexually attractive) woman. Lures men and performs human reconstructive surgery on them. Sharp claws on right hand. Whip-like left arm. Curls into a ball and rolls at high speed into the enemy.
