Nero criminale - Le belve sono tra noi (1974)

ciao. cerco da tempo questo film che ho visto su una tv privata tempo fa, magari è una cavolata ma proprio non mi torna in mente il titolo.
è un film degli anni 70 sono quasi sicuro, la storia è che questi 2 coniugi, o solo la moglie, vengono rimessi in libertà dopo che lei era stata dentro per aver commesso atti di cannibalismo, o roba del genere. lei sembra essere tornata normale ma e se non ricordo male per guadagnare qualcosa fà i tarocchi.hanno due figlie, la minore, sembra aver preso da lei, commette un omicidio mi pare, la maggiore è la più normale. in pratica la minore non sa chi sia la madre e quando si reincontrano uccidono sia il fidanzato delll'altra sorella che lei con la complicità del padre. mi ricordo la scena del fidanzato con la testa in una morsa che gli cavano un occhio. spero di riuscire a recuperarlo mi era piaciuto parecchio! grazie

in tal caso e' un caposaldo dell'horror dei 70. Forse ho ancora la vhs della AVO....

Un prologo in bianco e nero, con l’identità del colpevole sapientemente nascosta, ci introduce alla vicenda: nella Londra del 1957 viene perpetrato un omicidio all’interno di una casa, e successivamente un giudice condanna all’internamento in un ospedale psichiatrico due persone, che Walker si premura di non mostrare. L’azione si sposta nel 1972 e prende a seguire le vicissitudini di una coppia di sorellastre dal rapporto difficile, Jackie e Debbie: la prima si prende cura degli anziani genitori, andandoli a trovare nottetempo per portare alla madre un misterioso incarto; la seconda è una ragazzina di 15 anni ribelle e con frequentazioni di ragazzi irosi ed alla ricerca continua di litigi. A questo cast di personaggi si va ad aggiungere Graham, un giovane psicologo che intraprende una relazione con Jackie e che prenderà a cuore la difficile condizione di Debbie.

In an isolated farmhouse, a woman named Dorothy Yates lives with her husband. Dorothy has just been released from a mental institution after it was found she was a cannibal who killed and partially ate at least six people in 1957. Her husband, Edmund Yates was convicted as well but we come to find out that he only faked his dementia in order to remain with his wife. He was a truly devoted husband who loved his wife dearly but really had nothing to do with the actual murders in 1957 and in the present.
Now it is 1974 it seems as if Dorothy has had a severe relapse. She secretly lures lonely young people to her Haslemere, Surrey home, promising tea and a tarot card reading, only with the session ending with a violent murder and "feast". Jackie, (Edmund's daughter by previous marriage) began to suspect her stepmum, Dorothy, rather early in the film and juggles her family ties while at the same time, trying to control her stepsister, Debbie (Dorothy's actual daughter that she and Edmund had shortly before being committed to the asylum). Debbie rides with a violent bike gang and has apparently inherited her mum's appetite for human flesh herself. Debbie became involved in a fight with her boyfriend and a barman after closing time near one of London's hip nightclubs. The bike gang leave when spotted by customers but Debbie hid the body in a car shelter before the police arrived.
Debbie has severe arguments with Jackie about where Jackie goes at night. She learns (offscreen) that Jackie has been visiting her parents in Haslemere. Debbie finds out where they live and she and boyfriend (Alex) flee to the countryside home to be reunited with mum and dad. They are a family again and plan to plot against Jackie, who kept Debbie from them.
